Why do some people have this peculiar thing for music sheet collecting? Why do they invest on these papers with weird like squiggly drawings? Probably the reason would be very plain as each of us loves music, a way of expressing our admiration for those people who stood up and showed who they are, an inspiration. As simple as why so many people love Mother Theresa.
Sheet music collecting is like a passion for collecting memorabilia such as baseballs cards, postage stamps or character toys and collectibles. Vintage sheets are more valuable and more expensive than the contemporary ones. The older the sheet is the greater is its value, especially those autographed and still in good condition and layout quality � summing up to best quality sheets. This is the reason why only the rich get the opportunity to acquire such a hobby and artistry. See, there are too much things to regard. It is not just simply a thought of collection; it requires a creative mind and resourceful ideas. Some people think that such deeds of collecting are just substitutes for boredom but these are artworks for people with such an incredible fervor for art and music.
They consider their collections as priceless possessions. These people of passion take pride in what they do. Collecting, in fact, is a challenge, an achievement and a plausible reward not only for those writers and musicians but for themselves as well � the beauty of collecting.
